Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes unforeseen events happen in life and plans need to be cancelled, but we ask that any client wishing to cancel their appointment notify us at least 24 hours in advance of their appointment so that we have time to reorganise and reschedule our appointments. If you have given at least 24 hours notice, your deposit will either be transferred to your rescheduled appointment or refunded. If customers do not give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or not attend, the deposit will be non-refundable. Please be aware that the time you book is for that specific service. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, however if you arrive more than 15 minutes late we will have to reschedule your appointment and your deposit may be forfeited. Our time and our customers' time is valuable. Thank you for understanding!
